Michael and Lachlan were like two guardian angels sent by the Universe to look over us, since ineptly listing our retail property in May 2025 here at Upper Mt Gravatt after 24 years. We have just negotiated to buy a commercial property from Ray white - Agent Pablo Routledge. Pablo has been transparent through the whole process with us. He was available on a weekend and responded promptly to multiple emails / txt and phone calls over the process. Since the contract being signed he has made himself available provided access to the property for builders / valuers etc. going far and above what was expected.
Honest and transparent advice is a rariety in the property game. Couldn't reccomend Ray White Retail and Lachlan's team enough.Great experience selling a property at an auction.
