The guys in the Yuma Service department are amazing! When my bus broke down, they found me a helpful towing service. They diagnosed my bus issues right away & gave me & my family a safe place to boondock while waiting for parts. They were considerate of the fact that my bus is my home & waited until they had all the parts before starting repairs. When the final part arrived, they worked late on New Year’s Eve to finish the repairs so we wouldn’t be sitting for two more days, allowing us to start our New Year with a more hope... read more
I forget the comedian duo at the service department but these two guys were the funniest service writers I’ve ever dealt with in the 10 years I’ve been in this industry. I don’t give it five stars because they took three weeks to replace an MTM on my endurance POS transmission.
James and the crew at RWC group are the best. Nice dudes who are straight shooters and it was an excellent experience getting my truck diagnosed and fixed. Highly recommend.
