I need to brag on Ric Beitler from RWB Plumbing Services. I messaged him on Facebook at nearly midnight a few weeks ago. I guess he detected the panic in my typing and he responded right away and asked me to contact him first thing in the morning. He reached out to me before I even had a chance and promised to be there in a couple hours...and he showed up exactly 2 hours later. Cannot sing the praises of RWB Plumbing Services enough. Came to our home on a weekend, at the time they said they would and even sent a photo of the attending plumber in advance. He got straight to work, diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than an hour (blocked inlet to sceptic tank). Call-out fees and repair fee was VERY reasonable considering he came out on a Sunday. Followed up with a quote for a permanent repair solution that would prevent us from having to have the drain lines unblocked again. Will definitely... read more
