Everyone there is so patient and helpful and knows how to get you exactly what you need. I am now over 6 months without a cigarette and I owe a lot of it to the help I get from everyone at RW'S!!!
RW Vapors of Batavia is a joke! I only had my Ecig for 3 weeks it has been leaking and the tip broke off and when I went into the store they said they won't replace it and it cut me in the store and they didn't care and they were super rude! And the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I took it to A+ vapor & deals and now my it holds a charge and I bought a new top for half the price RW Vapors would have charged! I will never ever step foot in RW Vapors again!
