I was referred to RW from a Previous employee, I couldn't be more disappointed with our experience. We had to get a new transmission for one of our work trucks. Not only did it take over a month for the first transmission to be installed, but we were told it was going to be a new one but instead we got a rebuilt one. Not even 3 months later the transmission went out. We took the truck back up there for the warranty on the tranny. It took them over 2 months to get the truck back. RecommendedI dealt with Cam on my 2001 GMC Sierra and was very happy I did! the rebuilt transmission was a very fair price especially with the upgrades it comes with... because of my situation I had to have someone else install it and he missed alot of things in the install and had issues right away because of it.. Great place with great workers
$1,050 for a rebuilt transmission with 3yr warranty installed and had my truck less than 48hrs. I’m definitely not complaining. Best deal I found.
Great shop highly recommend!! very knowledgeable when it comes to transmissions, they diagnosed mine over the phone and showed me all my old/parts and had me back on the road in less then 2 days with 3 year warranty on parts and labor! talk to Cam! he took care of me and made sure I had my truck back when I really needed it! stage 3 allison works great! thanks guys
Stopped in the other day for a tail shaft bushing and seals and not only did they hook me up with the parts but they also installed them for cheap!!! Thank you

Worst shop ever got a stage 2 trans for my ram and have nothing but problems and they won’t fix it or refund my money. Tell me it shifts fine but had two other shops tell me it’s not right. When I first picked it up truck was in limp mode and they let me leave like that saying it would go away never did. Told me it was a ecm payed for that and still didn’t fix it had the truck for 3 weeks. Limped it to another shop he had it fixed in two hours. Then they have hung up on me twice.
