We dropped our transmission off on March 9th they said it would take a few hours so we didn’t think anything of it. My son took a transmission to R & W and just picked it up today. The transmission was at their shop for 12 weeks!! That is in itself unacceptable but during this 12 week time they lost it, finally found it in a scrap pile & we had to call FOUR times!! When it was picked up today it had a used torque converter, burnt transmission fluid in it, missing 2 sensors along with the bolts that hold them in, and the “pressure plate” was bent all to hell. Recommendedoutstanding i would recommend them to anyone needing transmission work done. they got my trust and confidence.
I took my truck in for a stage 2 transmission and it was done the next day. The shifting was hard and after a couple days it stopped the truck from moving. It took a little bit to get it in but after they replaced it everything is working good so far.
have had mine done for 5 years and still runs solid beyond happy with the build

Worst shop ever! They gave me the most hodgepodge rebuilt transmission for my Dodge 3500. It failed 3 times before I gave up on them. I lost $3000 to them for nothing. When I took it to another mechanic the showed me that it was actually a complete Frankenstein. They had fit together parts from multiple transmissions that were not made for the truck. Twice when I had them "warranty" it the fluid levels weren't topped off when I came to pick it up. Also they completely botched the rebuild on the transfer case. I shoul... read more
brought in my 2013 ford escape all wheel drive 4 cylinder turbo for a full transmission rebuilt that had went out 2 days b4 Christmas. The owner was more than willing to do all he could to get my family taken care of and with the holidays and all the stress, this only added more to say the least! these guys really came through💯 and atalmost 1/2 the price of any another shop. there's nothing better than the security of knowing you've been given help when it was most needed.... thank you!
