I paid this company over 28k for solar installation and they never submitted the paperwork to pg&e for approval. Its been 8 months now and they haven't even replied to pg&e's emails regarding our account. Called the number to talk to the person who's in charge of said paperwork, and they refuse to give me thier number because it's a "personal phone". Not happy with the install, tech support, communication from company. Bought two systems. One for my house and one for the mother-in-laws down the street. Should have went else were.
RW Solar installing our system in November 2021. They were very friendly, professional, efficient. Installed our system in 1.5 days. We are extremely satisfied with our system, Our monthly PE&E bill is $10.00. I highly recommend this company.
I usually do not post reviews however, I was so blown away by the level of care, effective communication, and timeliness of my solar installation that I had to give these guys my praise and thanks. From the very beginning, Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs for my home and family. Really sad about this. I scheduled a solar estimate and the guy came out and was fantastic. Answered questions, was personable and if money wasn't an issue (I.e the big came in about the same price as others or even a little more) I felt like I was going to go with the company. I waited a week for the bid. Reached out to the guy... he said he was waiting on a part of the bid (a part that wasn't necessary) and I asked him to give me a bid without that part and he just ghosted me. Stopped responding.
