They installed my original boiler etc a few years ago but when I had a small leak after 3 or 4 years from my hot water tank they diagnosed over the phone that I needed a new tank. They came and took all day to replace the tank, and had to go to town for parts basic parts. They charged something like $1600 or more for the service (the tank was under warranty) and I objected! Mitchell and his team did a full HVAC install on our new cottage. Very clean and tidy install with good quality reputable equipment. Furnace had an issue when first season, but they quickly found and serviced the issue.
