We are very pleased that we decided to work with RW Sheet Metal, Heating and Cooling based in Gravenhurst. The entire process was outstanding, from the quote, an excellent price, working with the inside team and a very professional installation crew. Great product and service combined with a fantastic price. Recommend RW Sheet Metal without any hesitation.
They installed my original boiler etc a few years ago but when I had a small leak after 3 or 4 years from my hot water tank they diagnosed over the phone that I needed a new tank. They came and took all day to replace the tank, and had to go to town for parts basic parts. They charged something like $1600 or more for the service (the tank was under warranty) and I objected! Mitchell and his team did a full HVAC install on our new cottage. Very clean and tidy install with good quality reputable equipment. Furnace had an issue when first season, but they quickly found and serviced the issue.
