I have had three Ikea kitchens installed in the last three years. They were installed by RW Shaw as the Ikea Home Services installer. Terrible experience. After remodeling our master bathroom shower, RW Shaw installed epoxy covered top pieces for the seat and shower curb. Those pieces began to fail within a year. After contacting Rick (the owner) he agreed to replace with stone. For over a year and a half, Rick and team have avoided my calls, lied about the status of our fix and have overall refused to own up to the poor quality of their remodel. Avoid this company at all costs.

We now have a kitchen far better than we imagined. From Rick's vision and design, to the excellent skill and loving craftsmanship of each team member, this journey was a joy. We learned so much, and the one "skill" a homeowner can use that makes the process so joyful is flexibility-in vision, in time management, in learning.
