After too many mistakes, I will not be returning to RWS. First, while they were driving my car, they failed to secure the hood, which flew up and was damaged. They did cover the cost of the body work, but I was without my car for a week while the hood was being repaired. On another occasion, they performed work I did not request or authorize and still charged me for it, even after apologizing for the “miscommunication.” It was money down the drain, as the work did nothing to fix the issue at hand.
