Very knowledgeable!
Fantastic care. I arrived 1/2 early and they took me right in. I had a follow up to a hearing test at the Erie VA and they confirmed what the VA concluded. Extremely through and explained the test results immediately with me. I would highly recommend RW Petruso if you are having any hearing problems.
After paying in full for my hearing aids then waiting for a month I was informed today there was a billing mistake and I owed an additional $500 before the hearing aids would be shipped. I have a receipt but RW Petruso claims they are not at fault and my issue I’d with Ampliton the supplier of the hearing aids. I finally asked for a full refund and waiting for them to work this through Ampliton. Petruso actually said I must seek refund myself from the supplier. Petruso did the transaction but wants nothing to do with rectify... read more
