My husband and I walked in and he bought me a ring. Three days later, 4 stones fell out. I don't live in the area and wasn't due to return until spring. Talked to someone there about it and they said that would be ok. When returned to exchange or repair it, the elderly woman just snickered at us, took our info and said someone would call us back, that following Monday. No call from them. I would not do business with them again! Poor customer service.

absolutely the best around! great repair service. have taken several watches here and randy does wonderful work. the staff is extremely nice!
This place is top notch! The customer service alone is 5 stars! I have enjoyed each one of my experiences here whether it was for wedding band shopping, a ring cleaning, or a necklace repair!
