Reece is one of those truly rare technicians - he takes on a challenge and sorts it out - and then lets you know it is all ok. He used his initiative and explained things simply and clearly and can be totally relied upon to manage any project you might need him for. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much to Reece, who attended a job at our office in Southwark on Friday 13th March. We had a sudden leak, which caused a flood in our basement and Reece came to the rescue within 10 minutes of me frantically calling him! He figured what the issue was swiftly and stopped all flooding, he even arranged for another engineer to come the next day to fully rectify the issue. Thanks so much again, Reece. We'd highly recommend you!

Reece was brilliant and so helpful - gave a lot of his time to explain everything clearly to me and give me a whole range of advice on what to do about my boiler. His colleague Simon was very friendly and efficient, and both of them did a fab job on the new boiler Will definitely use them again!

Reece is a true pro. I called at night due to an emergency leak. He arrived in only 15 minutes (SE London) and solved the problem immediately. He went above and beyond; gave an in-depth explanation of the technicalities and volunteered to help us with managing agents/neighbours. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I was very impressed with Reece and Matt, who went beyond expectations working late into the night to get our heating back on as quickly as possible. They also stuck to the original quote despite the work taking longer and being more complicated than anticipated.Would 100% recommend
