Yesterday, I reached out due to half of my building's power being out. David arrived in El Paso within a half-hour to evaluate the problem. I thought I'd be waiting at least a day for him to start the work, but he dove right in. He spent a solid 8 hours on the spot, replacing the entire electrical panel and all the breakers, substituting the water line jumper, and labeling all the components.
