After recieving a 24-hour delivery notice from Earhart Propane (Superior Plus), I requested a 1-2 hour arrival notice. Repersenative stated that was not possible. No one showed up, and I received no call, text, or any form of communication explaining the delay or cancellation. After spending 12 hours of my day waiting, I contacted a company representative to find out what was going on. $200+ just cause I didn't use any propane over the year and I get a bill for it? Yeah times aren't tough at all for people right now, totally...
We had to cancel our service with Earhart after several disappointing moments throughout the 5 years with customer service, 2x gas line leaks and supposed repairs, disruptions to church events and activities, and their heavy equipment vehicles parking on our asphalt in stead of the gravel. It's been a headache trying to reach out for answers to only be told "we are busy" or "the work order was put in but I cannot see it." Well, our service is canceled, and I just need you to pick up your tank.
