When you read online that R.W. Cox Garage Doors Co. has "live" people answering their calls 24/7, it's not hyperbole - we reached their answering service last night at 9:30. Mr. Cox called us back in literally 3 minutes. We were hesitant to call it "an emergency" when our garage door inexplicably went off-track while closing; but we couldn't get that buckled door up or down any further in its frame, so we couldn't access our vehicles or snowblower. Great work!! Bryan arrived about 1.5hrs after I called. He replaced both springs, adjusted, and checked the garage door for proper operation. Gave me some tips on keeping it in working order and was finished in about 45 mins. I will definitely call again.
