I've used RW Cox twice now. This time one garage door broke and both doors were generally loud and uneven going up and down. RW Cox responded quickly and the tech (Dustin) called 30 min ahead and was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doors work now and are 50% quieter! All around excellent customer service and fair pricing.
Trustworthy, reliable, quick service, great prices. We had a guy come out because our spring broke in our garage. Precision quoted us $1400 for the same job. They charged us $300 and the door works better than it did before it broke.
