We downsized from a much older home and wanted something easier to maintain without sacrificing comfort. This builder helped us make smart decisions instead of pushing expensive upgrades we didn’t need. Construction moved steadily and communication stayed consistent the whole way through. There were some paint touch-ups required at the end, but the crew handled them quickly and professionally.

Construction took slightly longer than estimated because of material shortages, but they stayed honest about delays. The final product feels bright, efficient, and carefully built rather than rushed to completion.
I would HIGHLY recommend RW Anderson Homes for any and all remodeling needs. 6 days ago, they came ready and excited to do a remodeling job for a 88 yr old woman that had been robbed, brutally beaten and savagely had her finger bitten off in the attack a few months prior. The crew working in my neighborhood is blasting music and talking on a mic with huge speakers all day from 8am-evening, without any notice to residents trying to sleep nearby. Rude when approached about it. They are disruptive of people in the neighborhood. You can do your work without the huge speakers. I can sleep through the construction noise, but the loud music has made me have to shift my entire schedule. Disrespectful.
