Update May 3rd 2025! I have had multiple water floods into my unit from the bathroom floor in the unit above me that the hoa paid RW Anderson to tear out ahd replace. The CEO of RW Anderson stated he would be back out and retear out the floor to solve the leaks and he has never shown up. Since then I've had floods in my unit on multiple occasions. HOA hired company RW Anderson to replace a bathroom floor in a Condominium between two units. One of those units was mine and I've had nothing but water leaks since. Bathroom once again had to be torn apart after water remediation as well as the hallway and master bedroom ceilings. RW Anderson owner said 3 months ago he would come back out and replace the bathroom floor and never did. The major league happened March 18th and 19th. Do not hire this company.
