This was my first facial in a while and I made the right decision to book it with Rachel at Rvyve. First off the salon is gorgeous and very clean. The intake form is so in depth so everything is tailored to your specific needs, factoring in all and any allergies, skin concerns, health conditions, past procedures, etc. Rachel was so knowledgeable about all things skincare and answered any questions I had in depth with a science based approach. Rvyve is amazing! The staff is always so welcoming and the environment is clean. I see Rachel and she knows how to put her customers and their needs first. She listens to your skin concerns and provides a step by step plan. Rachel’s facials are relaxing and I am always so excited when my appointments come up. My skin has never felt better. Rachel was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best facial/dermaplane I’ve had. After going to dermatologist after dermatologist for skin issues with little success, I’ve finally found someone who not only relates and understands my concerns, but is invested in truly helping me see results and creating a treatment plan tailored to my skin.
