We purchased an awning protection cover. The product is good quality, but threading the plastic rope through the channel is so ridiculously hard!!! Literally took hours. We followed all of the verbal directions, once we called to express our concerns.

Unhelpful, even when you send pictures of obvious faults (weave tighter in one section meaning you are unable to stretch evenly causing puckering). Try to blame the customer for setting up incorrectly when photos clearly show the product is faulty. Then ghosts you and will not reply to any further follow up emails.
