Absolutely horrible experience. We quickly found a great little RV and applied for financing. While waiting for acceptance, my husband and I asked if we could step out for lunch and come back to finish up. We were told no problem. When we got back about an hour later, the salesman stated another salesperson had sold out RV to another customer who put cash down. We were never given an option to put cash down to hold the camper. Anyone buying a camper during this holiday season just say no to purchasing at this location. I will provide specifics when I have time. It’s been a terrible experience from start to end. Still dealing with it. To be fast in reasoning, such a lack of professionalism, honesty and accuracy. Incorrect communication and information down to no temp tag at delivery to not cleaned. Never again!
