We traded on a used Grand Design tt last November. Salesman didn't know they had it (as we were standing next to it).Waited four hours both times we went, when I took delivery of new one, they couldn't be bothered to change the plate or my weight dist. off of the trade (glad I brought tools) Also, had to chase after them for the registration which they didn't include. Makes matters worse that we live an hour away, only reason I went there is they happened to have what I wanted a couple years old. Never again!

Excellent service, personnel souriant et professionnel
We called to make a appointment to have a electrical problem fixed,we are living in our motor home with a cat and dog and were told that we had to take them out in order to look at the problem, I tried to explain to the service person (a women) that we could not take the cat out she was extremely rude and miserable and insisted that we had to remove the animals so we went to another dealer in Cicero (seven O rv way) and they were very accommodating, fixed the problem and were awesome to work with I will never have anything t... read more
