Called Monday morning with a water issue in my RV as I was traveling south on I5. Albert told me to come straight there and they would fix the problem if possible. We really appreciated his willingness to work on it right away since we were away from home. Thanks Albert
Connor was great. After that it was a nightmare getting our paperwork signed ready and a date for pickup we needed our RV by a certain date and after we made the deal it was terrible trying to get a date for pick up. We never got a walk through so we know nothing about our RV we were told we would get a briefing. It would have been nice. We also didn’t get a new mattress as promised and are unable to get an answer from anyone. Super frustrating the difference in selling it to us and in us actually buying it. Forest River RV takes pride in their trailers! It was the only place we went to that maintains their RVs and keeps them clean. Nate and Troy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions along the way. They are both very personable and made shopping fun!
