At CW Direct (which is the sales office), we were directed to a different building. In that building, after explaining the need for our unit's repair, an appointment was made for the next day. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and explained the repair procedures. Will recommend this location.
The purchase with Paul was great. After that, dealing with the sales manager, Michael Wood, everything fell apart. I had concerns and he was yelling at me over the phone telling me I’m interrupting his day and said he’s losing $5,000 on the Danes of this motorhome, and he’s supposed to be in a training teleconference. LazyDays/Now Camping World Do not buy a camper here! Still have not received my deposit back after canceling deal over a week ago. I put down a deposit on a camper and ordered an inspection, telling the dealership that the camper needed to be connected to power and water for the inspection. They did not do that and so the electrical and plumbing systems could not be inspected and the re-inspection fee was going to be an additional $350.
