Want to buy nice trailers, they have several. Want to ever see your trailer again when it goes on for warranty work? Not a chance here. They talk out of both sides of they mouth. The service manage will tell you the part is on order. But 2 weeks later when you call to see if its done, nope they had to wait for some reason, or it slipped their mind, but they'll get right on it! What a nightmare... the salesman was our best friend until we signed paperwork then he was too busy for us. Asked them to fix screen on door wasn't done, once we got it home found mouse crap in the roll down bed, the a.c. needs charged, and the batteries in the electric door lock were corroded... I wouldn't recommend I feel like we way over paid and wouldn't go back... lesson learned.
It used to be a top notch company but anymore it lacks you can find anyone's to help and if you do , it like you're bothering them . Customer service is none existent the last few times I went in ...
They dont communicate with their current or past customers who they owe a warranty refund to and when you call to talk to the right person they are always out or not there and let's not talk about the fact you can't get ahold of the owner or any management. They are all liars and say I'll look into and call you back but never do. They dont hold up to their end.
