Terrible to work with. They don’t call you back they take forever.
Not a great first time buyer experience. I tried to buy at the end of May. Was told the day I was to pick up the trailer there was some recall issues that needed fixed. Was told it would take 45 days for a new trailer. After 45 days trailer still wasn’t done and couldn’t get any answers on when it would be done. Trailer was finally ready on 8/8 and was told the trailer would deliver the following week. It was another 3.5 weeks before the trailer finally delivered. Stopped at parts department
If I could rate them lower I would. Worst experience ever trying to trade and buy a boat from. The salesman, Dillon, was caught lying multiple times. Even on things it wasn't necessary to lie about. They damaged my trade in and wouldn't admit to it when they were inspecting it. It either occurred on the water or them moving it in the lot. We took our 2015 fifth wheel in to have a few things serviced. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Kendall in service is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thats service you should expect anywhere, what set them apart for us is they didn’t try to nickel and dime us. They didn’t try to make us fix things that didn’t need fixed, and their prices were extreme fair and reasonable. They were also able look up the service history from the previous owners.
