Gary was very good at making us feel at home and that we would have an experienced tech working on our RV.The technician who worked on our RV was experienced as he went thru all our drawers and cabinets and refrigerator just going thru things like he was looking for something. He actually opened and ate some of our cheese cracker packs! The work he did on our interior is not very good and the electrical had to be rewired by our son in law.
