I can’t say enough good things about my experience with ROA of SC. Thomas, Randy, and Josh are terrific. We bought a used Reboot 19.4 and they have gone above and beyond to take care of questions and get a couple of things that were missing upon delivery. In my opinion, ROA strives to be different, and it shows in everything they do. So, again thank you to ROA of SC!
I have been searching for an AUSRV/MDCUSA camper for years that would fit in my budget. Once I found out the XT16HR Family was being offered at such a great price, I was finally able to join the ROAmer group. The RV is exactly what I expected, but my fiance and I were even more impressed by the customer service. Randy at the SC location was great, he walked us through every aspect of the RV and ensured we left with zero issues. Can’t say enough positive about our experience!
We brought our RV in for warranty work at ROA South Carolina and were blown away by their kindness and hospitality. They even offered us a free campsite on their property for the night, which made everything so much easier. Later on, we had another unexpected situation — we accidentally locked our keys inside the storage compartments of our RV. Randy went above and beyond by overnighting a replacement key through UPS. Randy, Thomas, Josh & the crew are phenomenal. They truly went above and beyond with the customer experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an off-road/overlanding camper.
We drove halfway across country to purchase and take delivery of our new pause reboot 19.4 AR. We could have ordered it at a dealership 40 minutes from our house but we would not have received the same experience as we did with ROA South Carolina.
