Friendly, well-stocked, large variety RV store and service center.
We are return customers because RV's NW is a first class operation. Both Ann Williams (manager and Gary Jeanneret (sales) are real good people. Nice to do business with; they treat you very nice; good follow up and very up front. It is hard to find people like this and they do a nice job. We are happy customers.
The sales dept. was very good. Candi was friendly and not pushy at all. Her boss was the same. Very good people to deal with. But we did not seem to get a lot information when asking about the 5th wheel. The communication was not good between shop and sales. They seemed to blame each other. I would highly recommend Candi and the sales staff.
My wife and I did not purchase an R.V. but were treated very very well. Salesman Shannon Burton was great and went out of his way to show us a variety of R.V.s
We purchased a new to us motorhome at the Valley store. Candy was very personable, knowledgeable, and a no pressure salesperson. She was great to work with along with the sales manager, and their finance person was very knowledgeable and efficient too. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure buying experience. Don and Debbie.
We couldn't be happier with the treatment we received from RV's Northwest. There aren't many Arctic Fox dealers east of the Mississippi, so when we were visiting the Northwood factory in Oregon and our grandkids in Spokane, we decided to stop in and browse. Based on everything we saw and everyone we talked to, we decided to purchase our AF32A from RV's Northwest, and have it shipped back to Pennsylvania. Wonderful experience ! At north Division ! I being handicapped and needing help out of a RV that did not work for me, getting frustrated trying to live out my desire to camp & fish. Then I met the nicest people willing to help me ! Forgoing the need to make a major profit to help me. Not to mention when I arrived home all my neighbors where waiting. this was the best sales experience i have ever had any were. the sale people were some of the most down to earth people i have met. The owner treated us with grate respect and was a fun person to deal with. and Dorie was awesome. i will definitely go back for all my RV service.
