We were camping at Tanglewood campground and we were having issues with our coach battery. He came in a very professional van to our site. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He then was able to fix a problem with our propane hot water tank. He also provided a few suggestions to help prevent future issues some screens. Extremely knowledgeable and nice. Would use him again in a heart beat. Would also highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their camper.
Gary established his work plan and cost over the phone so when he arrived, repair was done efficiently at the price described. In addition to solving my plumbing problem I got entertaining tutorials on winterizing my trailer, and on keeping my electrical system in good working order. Gary is indeed the total RV guru.
