Loyd Woosley is going to be doing some work on my son's recreational vehicle, and so far, he has been very easy to work with. He helped me get in touch with the insurance agent, has kept me informed of all material purchases for the repairs, and even provides timelines. I am so glad that we have him hired to do all the work.
Loyd is a very knowledgeable repair technician. He goes over and beyond what he comes to look at to repair your rv. I had a converter and a refrigerator issue on my motorhome. He diagnosed the issues with both converter and refrigerator. During the process of doing the diagnosis, Loyd educated me on what to look for to prevent future damages to the motorhome which to me was very educative. Loyd and his crew are the best, I had called him for my slide out floor replacement. What a fantastic job they did, the floor feels more solid than when I first bought the 5th wheel. Also during the time a severe thunderstorm came through and ripe my awning and he was able to replace it also. Since hurricane in October, insurance cut check out to this company, I tried to get in contact with them with no success it is now May the only way they got a hold of me is when I stated I was going too turn them in to BBB how many other senior citizens have they done this too . Well after my experience there were several people that did not want to do anything about, but they took there money also it's not right so I would not recommend them to any body , do be careful who you give money too .God sees all
