We attended for a birthday dinner and RVR exceeded expectations. Highlight dishes were the Veggie Gyoza, shrimp dumpling, Cauliflower, both salads were great, liver patte, all meat skewers and the rice with corn. Our 2 year old devoured the duck meatballs! Really didn't have a bad dish but those were the ones that shined. Biggest reason for leaving review was the service.
