I think this place is no longer in business. Nobody answers calls or texts. I called the number left by another reviewer of the storage lot at this business address. The guy who answered that number said he only stores the rvs for the guy renting them. If we can't reach anyone to rent a vehicle, then I'd hate to be stuck somewhere or have mechanical problems while on the road and not be able to get ahold of anyone.
After calling and emailing numerous times with no response I decided to drive to this place to see if I could talk to someone in person. Evidently the place is no longer in business. It appears to be only a storage lot with no manned personnel. It would save everyone a lot of time and frustration to just take the website down or post an update that it's no longer in business.
Matt was amazing! I had to rent a unit for over 8 weeks (which was supposed to be only 4) and he worked with me throughout the process. His units are top notch and his service was well beyond. He checked in on me from time to time and offered to send me needed supplies. We had one issue with the unit and he immediately was ready to dispatch out help (although not needed). Matt was awesome to work with. Easy to get in touch with, great service, and a super clean traveler trailer. He was flexible with pickup and drop-off times, explained the trailer in detail, and had all of the equipment needed for my suburban to pull the trailer. An all-around great experience!
Matt was very easy to work with, our RV was super nice and very clean. Will definitely rent from him again!
