The rates are horrible. They went way up. Like almost double. They do not care about there customers that has been with them for over 25 years
I canceled my policy 8/18 and requested a refund, I called 3 different times over the following 3 weeks to inquire on the status of the check. Each time the representative told me the check had been sent and each one gave me 3 different dates that it was sent with no explanation as to why. When I asked about if there notations on the account of my previous inquiries the last representative refused to answer. Awaiting to hear back from management…
In 2005 Rita hit our home. Adjuster said they wouldn't pay for different damages. Well I'm here to tell you we had to scrape & save to try to get enough money, doing some of the work ourselves & Menonite volunteers.Well here it is Sept 2025, be20 years later We are still struggling to try to repair our home. I had RVOS property insurance over 20 years. It was not even 80% of total replacement cost and since I got a brand new roof put on out of my own pocket I got a quote from State Farm. The agent from RVOS led me to believe they might be able to match it. They drug their feet until my policy auto renewed and drafted on August 1st, $301.78, which included a $200 policy fee.
