Amber Sandefur and Rvos use shady tactics to avoid paying out on their own approved scope on claims, I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
RVOS insurance is a complete scam. We had a major hailstorm in the spring of 2026. After receiving my estimate, I called and was told that if I, the home owner, completed the work I would receive the recoverable cost value on the claim. After completing the work, RVOS changed the cost of the estimate to be lower and refused payment. All insurance is a scam l, but I would stay far away from these guys!
The rates are horrible. They went way up. Like almost double. They do not care about there customers that has been with them for over 25 years
