merci pour votre excellent service à la clientèle. J'ai acheté des grains de kéfir d'eau en magasin. 1ere expérience avec ce type de kéfir. Le résultat était loin d'être optimal . Ayant dépassé la garantie du 30 jours du commerçant. Révolution Fermentation m'a gratuitement fait parvenir d'autres grains, en moins de deux jours et tenté de voir avec moi ce qui n'avait pas fonctionné ! C'est une entreprise qui a le souci de la qualité de leurs produits. Merci !

Be careful with this company, they will sell you nearly expired products and are not willing to compensate you or accept return. When ever I have bought from a reputable company in the past, any cultured or yeast product has always had 6-12 months on it before the best before date. 2 months before expiry is not acceptable or ethical to sell Not when other company sell similar or same product with 6+ months before expiry This company tries to pawn off their old stock on YOU the consumer so beware If its heavily discounted and... read more
