This company has stolen $2500 from me with no response, no communication at all. I’ve hosted with RVnGo for 3 years. I’ve seen other hosts who have reported stolen money, or no payouts, but never experienced it myself until now. The past few months their communication response time with customer service has significantly decreased. Over a month ago my unit went out on a 21 day rental, I have yet to be paid. This company first of all, does a software upgrade in June? One of the three busiest months of the year. Owners get locked out of their own accounts. Customer service does not respond to messages or emails left. Once owners can get back into their accounts, all bookings are shown as canceled. Once again, customer service does not respond to phone messages or emails. Do not do business with this company!
