By far the worst insurance company we have ever worked with! Notice all these positive reviews don't have claim experiences. I will say they are super easy to deal with when purchasing insurance. However, should you need to make a claim, they will not provide that easy-to-use experience nor with they return a single call or email. I don't ever give one star reviews but this is one of the worst companies I have ever delt with. We have had a claim open for 15 months now and still waiting on payment from RVNGO insurance. Good luck getting on the phone with anyone. I have called dozens of times over the past year leaving messages trying to get some response or update. All they want is your money and have no care for their customers or hosts. I would give zero stars if I could.

This place must be out of business. Several broken links on the site, and no one answers the phone. Checking their facebook page, the last post was in February, 2024.

We had a very bad experience where the RV didn't work as promised at all - no AC, heat, hot water heater. We never heard back from RVnGO regarding our case.

RVnGo is fine as long as you don't have a problem. We rented a fully equipped van for the southwestern high desert in July and partway through the trip there was an electrical issue that caused the lithium batteries to become unable to hold a charge overnight. We could not use the air conditioning, and had to stay in hotels for several nights, as well as change our trip and forfeit camp site deposits.
