We really enjoyed the RV we rented from Fredolyn. The RV was immaculate and Fredolyn was very thorough in showing us how to use it. We would definitely recommend renting his RV through RVnGO and look forward to renting another RV from him in the future.

Company does not pay claims. Don't fall for the promise of RV Rental insurance through these guys. Should you have an accident or claim, YOU will be left holding the bag! Nice try trying to claim that I'm not in your system. I will Say that RVNGO is pretty good at answering their calls when a customer is trying to purchase their worthless coverage. They will even call you back if they miss your call, but the moment that you tell them about filing a claim is when they start ghosting you and after that they will never answer y... read more

The only times we had to use there insurance it took them 9 months to pay us $300 claimm

By far the worst insurance company we have ever worked with! Notice all these positive reviews don't have claim experiences. I will say they are super easy to deal with when purchasing insurance. However, should you need to make a claim, they will not provide that easy-to-use experience nor with they return a single call or email. I tried calling every day to get a reply after submitting a claim and nobody answers the phone or even bothers to return a message.
