Dope spot!! Have been a member since September 2024. I like that its low key, has everything that I need for strength training, spacious and the owner Ethan is a good guy and easy to access whenever I have a question or need anything. Definitely recommend this as new your local gym, the prices are super fair compared to the other gyms in the area!!
Training with Cris since elbow surgery has helped restore my performance and increase my strength from where it was before the surgery and SOME.

In January I got a trainer named Chris and I trusted him to give me the results I was looking for but he had other intentions such as making very unprofessional and u comfortable remarks about my physique, I decided I just stop there. I called the owner to let him know the situation and he let me know he was going to stop transactions from my bank but he hasn’t done so l.
Been a member since 2022 and have enjoyed my journey with the Rvmpvge family. I started training with Rudy, and was with him until he left in early 2024. Ethan (owner) took me on as a client after, and has continued to push me on my fitness journey. The facility is always clean, it’s never busy at any time of day, and it’s safe and secure with key fob entry. The members are amazing, and we’ve become like a little family. 10/10 recommended to anyone starting on their fitness journey, or just looking for something different.
