Great folks. Steve and Heidi came out two days in a row one on a Saturday working all day with no breaks to fix my air-conditioning. We were in a time crunch for our departure date and they made sure to get it done. Considering the scheduling and the fact they came to me the price was very fair. Thanks again guys!
Called them, came out the next day. Tech replaced leaking toilet valve and supposedly check it for leaks. Charged me over $300 and left. Two months later when I pulled the trailer out of storage, loaded it up and took a trip I found the valve was leaking again. Called them when I got back. They said they would sent the tech back out, he never showed up. Took it in to Mountain RV in Show Low and hasn’t leaked since. That was $300+ flushed down the toilet!

If I could leave zero stars, I would! The owner is a grouchy, incompetent old man who should’ve stopped working probably 20 years ago. Our RV was better off before this incompetent fool came and messed it all up.
