Donna was kind enough to take my phone call near closing and help me out over the phone with my RV problem. Super nice people. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment with RVIMT,LLC, Donna and Mike; they arrived at the scheduled date & time to inspect the popout problem on our travel trailer. Mike got right to work while Donna explained how the warranty repair worked with our warranty company. Mike figured out the problem and what needed to be done. Donna worked with the warranty company, who at first didn't want to cover the repair, but Donna was not going to let it go that easily.
