We had slide issues a day before leaving on an extended trip. After searching online and calling several places that never returned our calls we were fortunate enough to to find RVIMT. Mike and Donna not only drove an hour to our house they came right away and knew just how to fix it. They are very knowledgeable about campers, showed us a few things we didn't know about our camper and also gave us some great information about the area to which we are new to. It was great meeting them. We will surely call again when needed.
I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of their work and customer service. From the moment they came, Mike and Donna made me feel like my camper was in the best hands. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, and their attention to detail was second to none. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My motorhome batteries overheated an shorted out and almost caught on fire in Richmond Hill KOA on a Sunday. I called numerous alegiged 24 hour mobile repair companies. None responded. Mike and Donna stopped the project they were working on and drove from South Carolina and did a though diagnostic and resolved out issues. They are super nice people and I highly recommend them!
Super nice and knowledgeable. I’m in North Dakota and called the shop. Was very helpful. With explaining how the slide out motor worked and is supposed to be mounted and let me know the name of the bracket I need to order and sent me a detailed layout for the slide motor
Wow! What a wonderful experience! We were visiting Charleston in our new travel trailer and late Saturday night had an issue with our awning that would have prevented us from getting back on the road a week later. I called Mike and Donna early Sunday morning, and they responded very quickly!
