If you’re hesitant, don’t be. Dr Chan and his staff are caring professionals. They really are top notch, that’s why I went there. So, so glad I did!
I just had my lower face and neck lift one week ago, and I am so impressed that I couldn't wait to write a glowing review. The recovery from this procedure is far easier than I expected it to be, and Dr. Chan is incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. The staff is attentive, and everything about this office is excellent. I met with four other doctors before I chose this one, and I definitely made the right choice.
I underwent a Septoplasty with Dr. Chan because I had nasal valve collapse when trying to breathe through my nose. I was hoping the surgery would prevent me from having to wear Breathe Rite strips for the rest of my life. The before and after photo speaks for itself. It's ridiculous that this procedure actually gave me a notably deviated septum when I didn't have one before. I’ve been a VIP member for a few years now and I love the staff. I’m sad to see Jess go, I’ll miss her but hope she pops in once in a while to say hello. Kylee is their new addition and she’s wonderful! She has been doing my facials for the last couple of months and she really knows her stuff! She is so pleasant, made me feel comfortable and did a great job! My skin felt and looked great after her treatments. Thank you Kylee!
