The techs are great but the admins who deal with emails and phone calls hardly ever respond to emails. For those of us who work during the day and live 45 mins away , it is not always easy to call so an email should be an easy option but you rarely get a response. I am switching to another sleep product place because of this. I doubt the techs are even aware of the problem at the front desk. Too bad.
The service provided at the RVH Sleep Store was amazing. The staff were all very caring,knowledgeable and patient. I would like to thank Dr Leech,Paula,Melissa,Carla and front desk staff for their assistance. Also thank you to Jennifer Crozier in the Sleep lab.I would highly recommend RVH Sleep Store.
I've had my CPAP machine for 4 years, and they called me on year 4 for my "yearly" maintenance appointment. terrible service
