RVH won't return calls regarding our siding. Siding looks like whoever installed it for them wiped caulk all over it in random places. It looks smeared and splotchy yet no one else in my neighborhood has this going on. They were supposed to reach out to the manufacturer for guidance. It's now 2 months later and multiple calls without a return call to try to proceed and rectify the problem. Have tried getting ahold of RVH for a couple of months now, just left my 4th voicemail. Was directed to them from M/I homes as we had a storm blow through that ripped a shutter off of our house and they are the ones that originally did our shutters. Have not returned any of my calls and don’t seem to care about helping us fix this. I’ll be looking elsewhere to have this repaired at this point. If you value communication, I’d look elsewhere
Amazing people own this and run it imacately professional and perfect hospitality towards others Couldn't look to hire and feel comfortable with the Accountability, hard working always friendly,and treat you like family. Work will always get done with this place highly recommend
