There is simply not enough to say about how wonderful Marty is. He was available on short notice to fix our water heater, and was very polite and helpful. He was willing to explain to me why he was taking the troubleshooting steps he was taking as he was doing them. That allowed me to gain an understanding of things that I can do to keep my water heater working well. Marty arived within an hour of contacting him. He troubleshooted electrical issues regarding three torn wires to my slideout, replaced a fuse, provided me with wire connectors and zip ties. Problem mostly resolved within 45 minutes.
Marty is the best in the business! He’s knowledgeable, fair, and kind! We got ourselves into a giant mess with our trailer plumbing - he was ON IT. I mean, serious challenges. Cut pipes, split valves, tight spaces, several HARD problems. He’s awesome. 10/10.
Marty was a life saver! He was very thorough, professional, helpful and overall AMAZING to be able to help us on the same day we called to fix our broken RV toilet. I will be sure to call RVeRE Mobile for my future RV repairs in tge future.
Marty came out on a Friday afternoon and diagnosed the issue really quick. Unfortunately the wrong part came in on Saturday and we had to wait until Sunday for him to come back out with the correct parts. Marty, you are the best! Thank you for taking time out of your weekend for us.
