I would like to thank the old head here. He wasn’t trying to let me come back a different day to get my car checked out because I didn’t want to leave it there, so he sent me to Jiffy Lube. Guess what? The old man was right—I got a checkup at Jiffy Lube and they gave me way better service than him. So I recommend you do your business elsewhere.
Alper is very courteous and helpful. Car was serviced very well and completed pretty quickly. Definitely coming back✌🏻😂
I had the displeasure of speaking to one of the staff who was so nasty and rude that I left the experience shell shocked. I will never even consider doing business with these people even if they were the last on earth.
Brought my Jag to RVC due to service lights on dashboard and convertible top. Car was at station for approximately 4 weeks, called numerous times,I was promised a call back with updates which I never received.(I physically had to go there on two occasions and was told my car would be finished by next week. Which of course was B.S. When I finally did receive a call back I was told the repair of the top would be $5000.00 and I was getting a deal that Jaguar would charge me $10,000.(I had this repair done on another Jag some ye... read more
Brought the car in to get an estimate on the cost of work and when I made a comment about the cost, guy said “why don’t you go to the jiffy lube?” What an unprofessional person to work with, would not recommend. Maybe others here are more professional
