I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections on all my vehicles and have never had an issue. When my truck started leaking oil, Alp told me to come right in and made time to service it at the last minute. Great service every time — I’ve never had a problem here.
Charged me for a new battery and other related service, car started dying when it was hot a month later. Took it back 3 times, they kept my car for 3 days one of the times, put 100+ miles on it running errands “test driving”, then decided over the phone it had to be the starter motor. I decided to go to a more expensive but highly rated mechanic who told me they never changed my battery, just wrote “2025” on it. I would like to thank the old head here. He wasn’t trying to let me come back a different day to get my car checked out because I didn’t want to leave it there, so he sent me to Jiffy Lube. Guess what? The old man was right—I got a checkup at Jiffy Lube and they gave me way better service than him. So I recommend you do your business elsewhere.
Alper is very courteous and helpful. Car was serviced very well and completed pretty quickly. Definitely coming back✌🏻😂
I had the displeasure of speaking to one of the staff who was so nasty and rude that I left the experience shell shocked. I will never even consider doing business with these people even if they were the last on earth.
