i had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning team! tucker got back to me really fast after i reached out, even on a weekend. i needed my carpets cleaned quickly before moving in, and he made sure to fit me in that same week. he also recommended another great team who stretched the carpet to get rid of the wrinkles before tucker and his crew cleaned it. like tucker mentioned, a couple of stains showed up again after the carpet dried, but he came back and took care of them for free. on his second visit, i also had th... read more
The team was very polite and friendly. After they finished cleaning our carpets, Caden asked if we wanted the furniture moved back. Since we’re both over 80, moving furniture isn’t easy for us. Caden explained that the carpets were still damp and suggested waiting until they dried before putting everything back, to avoid any damage. They also had plastic protectors to put under the furniture legs, which was a thoughtful touch.
