We have constantly called and emailed you since March 10 and we have been ghosted. You sent a email on discussing what time would work, we replied anytime. Jayco sent the parts evident by email from Jayco. If you no longer want to fix the camper, that is OK. As in the last email ,we just want our parts the faucet, window, and kitchen drawer so we can it repair. Thank you.
After more than a year and $4,000 our slide-out still doesn’t work. Nick replaced the motor but never fixed the seal that kept water from getting in. He stopped returning our calls/emails. We’re out $4,000 and stuck with no room and 3 big dogs until we can find someone else to fix it.
Couldn't have been more impressed with the service.
We thought when we talked to Nick we were getting experienced businessman. We were so happy to have him. The first time he helped us tremendously, then it went downhill from there. We called and no answer 4 times later. Left messages. Weeks later he answered, he came out and gave us an estimate,and we told him to order parts. That was the last time we heard from him. We made several calls since, left messages, still no response. We have taken on the task ourselves, which is not easy for my husband who is 77. And they are big... read more
