After 3 bad experiences at other dealerships, I was done looking for a new car for me. My husband kept pushing. He found a KIA Soul at RVA in Richmond VA, so we went on a journey. We met the owner there in the morning after driving 4+ hours the night before. This KIA and this dealership were perfect for what we were looking for. If I could give no stars, I would. I bought this car in Aug 2023 and have nothing but problems. 2013 Sonata looks aren't everything. The cars presentation is blinding from the underlying problems this car has. I have replaced the head gasket, spark plugs 2xs, va l ve cover gasket, the undercarriage is beyond rusted despite welding it still caused problems I just got it out the shop from the entire undercarriage being replaced, replaced the brakes 2xs,the struts, axle, the control arm rusted off causing me an accident.
