DO NOT BUY FROM VA CARS. My mother who had very good credit, bought a used car from them on Midlothian Blvd. It was a small Dodge Dart with awful, uncomfortable seats. A week after my mom bought the car and was driving it around town, they called and told us to bring it back because they claim that they could not finance her. Really!? Very honest and well priced. I referred several people and they’ve all been very happy.
Great time buying here. Bought a 2004 Mazda Miata with 33,000 miles. Managed to negotiate price down and get a new battery in the deal. Most of his vehicles are rebuilt titles, so know that before purchasing and bargaining. He has a great test drive policy and let me take it for a couple hours to get it check by my mechanic and drive on highways.
Had a wonderful experience with RVA Motors. I live out of town. The owner accommodated my schedule to test drive the car. He also went above and beyond by sending me preliminary documents via email for my review; provided explicit detail to the nature of each line item which was extremely helpful. He also provided timely responsives to my inquires. Love the purchase and service!
