Kevin hires workers and doesn’t pay them a real class act
They kept on promising to fix the work they did when they painted my house. The work was supposed to be warranty. But the owner of the company kept on lying about how he would fix it the cracks and crooked lines.
They failed to fix the horrible paint job they did on my home and management failed to follow up with me to resolve the issue. Management very unprofessional as well
If I could give this company a zero star I would. Please do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They are very unprofessional and dishonest. I try and support my black business. But this was a total let down. Please do not spend your money here
This makes me very unhappy to write such a negative review for RVA kitchen and Bath however they never deliver on their promises. RVA kitchen and bath not only failed to complete or correct the incomplete job, but also provided poor customer service. They never showed up on time and never bothered to inform you of their inability to make it. The owner's unprofessional behavior only added to the frustration, and they never took any meaningful steps to resolve the situation.
