HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I called several times and no one answered. You have to leave a message and someone calls you back. It seemed that they take more clients, or offered more GROUPONS, that they can handle because they claimed they cancelled my appointment days prior. I thought customers were suppose to be contacted if something changes, well I did not receive a phone call. I was told that they communicate via email which is not true because I never received it. I was also told it goes to SPAM...Really! I had no idea... read more

Bought a Groupon and tried for months to get an appointment. Called unreliable times. Left messages because no one ever answers. Call we're never returned. Tried to contact through web site multiple times and no one ever responded. Ended up having to get Groupon to refund.

I have been seeing Ashley at RVA Body works for massage therapy at the recommendation of my doctor. I recently was given a clean bill of health and in remission from cancer. I also had surgery and Ashley provided specific treatments to help me recover and I felt refreshed and renewed after every treatment. Just a FYI, I was able to pay for it with my Health Savings account. The environment is absolutely clean and professional.
