Highly recommend this shop! It is hard to find an honest mechanic, but the team here is completely transparent. They gave my car a thorough inspection, explained what was needed without any upsell pressure, and charged a very fair price. The turnaround was fast and the communication was great throughout. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was referred to RVA auto by a friend and will certainly be back. The customer service was incredible and the work they did on my vehicle was above satisfactory. I explained the issues my car was having and the gentleman at the front desk took incredibly detailed notes, and repeated everything back. Then when he called with the diagnostics, he re summarized all the issues we had discussed and sent a detailed report of findings.
