We just purchased a 2019 Keystone Cougar 29BHSWE thru Tony. We absolutely love it. I do have to say this is my third motor home/coach that I purchased from Rv World each and everyone in there are so courteous very much customer service. This is why I return. My experience buying a Wolf Creek 850 from RV World in Yuma was excellent. Andy was very kind and helpful during the purchase, even going the extra mile to take drone footage of the roof of the camper and a full video walk through of the interior and exterior so I could feel confident driving 6+ hours to complete the purchase. Awesome!! I had the pleasure of working with Yadira today and briefly with a couple of other. All were very polite, professional and very much customer service professionals!
