Despite some initial issues with them claiming in their published ad that the RV I purchased had some equipment that it didn't have, they made good on the deal and added the features the add claimed it had. Seems they use some canned descriptions from JD Power that have little resemblance to the unit being sold. In my case the "inventory" claimed I had a six gal hot water tank when in reality it had an on demand system.
