Big props to Shane! Goes the extra mile, very friendly and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Very pleased with the service.
Shane was an amazing tech and his performance was top notch. A small mishap was rectified by the owner without question and they stand by there work. I would highly recommend them for the on-site oil change and slide out lubrication as that is what was performed. Shane was very knowledgeable and showed me the process of slide out lubrication so I can do it myself further down the road.
Cannot speak more highly of Shane and the whole crew from RV Wizards. I had them come out and do some basic preventative maintenance and to fix a sink draining issue. They were prompt with communicating, transparent on pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. Shane went above and beyond to get us taken care of and was generally a stand-up guy. 10/10 will use RV Wizards again when I need anything done on my camper.
